Bosses, the dust control system in our plant’s material feeding workshop has become largely obsolete after years of use. Additionally, with the solid materials fed into our factory – some of which are sticky substances like resins – it’s indeed quite troublesome; the existing dust removal system often gets clogged. Bag filters can solve the problem. The key is to use filter bags with a TEFLON coating to prevent sticky materials from frequently clogging the dust removal system. I’m not sure if there is compressed air nearby; if not, a compressor will be required. For specific questions, please contact the bag filter manufacturers.
