Pickling method for industrial boilers

The boiler in our factory is seriously scaled. Please give me some advice on how to pickle it.
Please explain clearly what kind of boiler and how big the capacity is.
Add 1% to 3% acid (usually hcl) and corrosion inhibitor (such as EDTA2~3) to the water, continuously measure the acid value through its own circulation, and at the same time replenish the circulation volume, using a remote method where the scaled alkaline compound reacts quickly with the acid.
