Dear everyone,A new year has arrived, and the company has classified its environmental protection staff into the following categories:
1. Management personnel (primarily company managers).
2. Technical personnel (mainly technical staff in production workshops and managers in functional departments).
3. Operators (referring mainly to operators in various production workshops).
Ability assessments are to be conducted for these personnel, and it is necessary to establish standards for evaluating the capabilities of each category. Managers need not only management skills but also an understanding of the manufacturing process； Technicians need to master the process and be able to adjust it based on parameters ； For operators, professionalism is of the utmost importance, but they also need to receive job-specific training.
