Working principle of the vacuum oil filter: · Water is separated using vacuum distillation, while impurities are removed through mechanical filtration. ·As mentioned earlier, mechanical filtration systems have high costs associated with the filter elements, and their cleanliness does not meet the required standards. ·Vacuum separation of moisture is only suitable for removing trace amounts of water from oils, such as in the treatment of transformer oil. ·Vacuum dehydration is not suitable for turbine oils, lubricating oils, or oil film bearing oils with high water content. ·Using a vacuum oil filter to treat water-containing emulsified oils is inefficient, and dehydration is slow at low temperatures ; Foam is produced at higher temperatures; the dehydration process remains slow, and it is difficult to operate. ·For units with severe leakage, the amount of water separated by vacuum is less than the amount of water generated by the oil system; using a vacuum oil filter to deal with this situation only results in increased electricity consumption and waste of human resources, without solving the problem. Plate filter presses are suitable for the closed-filtering of liquids with a viscosity below 50% and a low content of solids, in order to meet the requirements of fine or semi-fine filtration such as purification, sterilization, and clarification ; By directly using microporous filter membranes, sterile filtration can be achieved without the need for a microporous membrane filter.
