Our factory plans to install gas burners, a 55T/H backpressure steam turbine generator set with a capacity of 12,000 KW. Could everyone tell me which domestic and imported manufacturers are good at producing these devices? Which manufacturers supply the control systems used, and what is the quality of after-sales service?
Our plant is equipped with four 75T/H circulating fluidized bed boilers, three of which were manufactured by Tangshan Boiler Factory. They are performing well. The control system is a Honeywell DCS (TDC3000), which ensures very stable and reliable operation. In addition, several other systems in our plant also use Honeywell products, and the service provided is excellent
For boilers and generators used in large power plants, in China one can only turn to companies in Shanghai, Harbin, and Sichuan Dongfang. Larger boiler manufacturers across the country are capable of producing such equipment. As for their quality, it’s difficult to give an opinion
We use FW and Binglun furnaces; the domestic ones are from Shanghai as well as from Haga. In terms of systems, Honeywell is used in most cases, with Siemens and Pineapple systems as well. I know that the Honeywell system has been successfully brought online, while the others are still in the ignition phase – it’s not clear whether they will be able to operate
