How are industrial thermocouples calibrated?

For calibration, just buy an HART (FLUKE) oil bath, such as the 9112B or 9150 series. AMETEK is also good, it’s just that their agent in China isn’t very good. That one upstairs is the certification standard.

For thermocouples used for internal calculations, standard calibration is sufficient; all that is required is to send them to the manufacturer or a calibration station using a heating furnace or constant temperature bath for calibration. Otherwise, if food factories had to use HACCP and send each batch to a testing agency, they would not be able to produce anything at all.
