Recently, our joint-stock company issued some regulations regarding the safety management of tubular heating furnaces, which has led to the rectification of all the heating furnaces in the plant. What are everyone’s thoughts on this?
The purpose is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the heating furnace. The key aspects of self-inspection include three items. The first is the inspection of safety facilities. The inspections mainly cover the four instruments of the heating furnace, the flame monitor, soot blowing equipment, the three doors and one panel, the preheater, long-stroke actuators, flame arrestors, control valves, blind flanges and isolation valves, the fuel gas liquid separation tank, the pressure and level gauges of the liquid separation tank, as well as the safety valve of the liquid separation tank. The second is process management inspection. This includes whether the operating procedures and the process parameters of the heating furnace are strictly followed, as well as whether routine inspections of the heating furnace are carried out in accordance with the \"Certain Provisions on the Safety Management of Tubular Heating Furnaces\". Third is the inspection of operational behavior. Mainly, in accordance with the requirements of the \"Guidelines for Compiling Operating Procedures for Tubular Heating Furnaces,\" it is necessary to check employees’ operating behaviors to ensure that procedures such as starting up and shutting down the heating furnace are carried out thoroughly and accurately.
