Why can’t CAD2006 be installed on the VISTA operating system? ?

During the installation process, a window appeared stating that Frame Works 1.1 had not been fixed. However, I checked the system programs and could not find Frame Works 1.1 there. I’m not sure what the reason is; please advise, thank you! ! ! !
It is very important to first disable and then re-enable the ADMIN account, and log in using that account! Then go to the BIN directory on the CAD2006 installation disc, navigate into another directory (I’ve forgotten its name; it’s just one folder, which is easy to identify), find the CAD.msi file, and run it in XP compatibility mode. Never use setup.exe to install. After installation, re-enable the ADMIN account and log in using a regular account. Run CAD in XP-compatible mode as an administrator; at this point, you may be asked whether to allow the application to run – confirming this will enable you to use CAD 2006 normally.
Log in to the CAD2006 installation directory as an administrator, navigate to the bin directory and the acadFeui directory, and run acad.msi. This is the standard method for installing CAD2006, and once the installation is complete, right-click on the CAD2006 shortcut on the desktop.
