I need to decide in a couple of days whether to sign or not. I’m in the manufacturing field; I’m extremely grateful~
The treatment is quite good, considering Hefei
After all, it’s based on the original organization you came from, and there are significant differences in benefits, depending on which department you’re in
The joys and hardships of working in engineering can only be understood through actual experience. However, if you start working right after graduating and put in effort, you will definitely be able to learn a lot. Do you have the ability and the conditions to make choices regarding your future development at this point?
The benefits at Huasan Third Hospital are definitely top-notch in Hefei; however, the bonuses might not have been very high in the first couple of years, with the annual salary being around 100,000 yuan
Also, starting out in a design institute means having a high starting point, which makes it easier to change jobs in the future:victory:
Not bad, I went a bit late. If you go early, there are still stocks available.
I don’t know what the specific terms will be, but there aren’t many options left; I guess it will just be sold in a hasty manner, sigh
I’ve always wanted to go to Hefei, but I never had the chance; it would be great to be able to go there and learn a bit more. According to friends who are well-informed, the specialties are divided quite finely; once you start working in one of these areas, you’ll be focused solely on process systems, or solely on piping work, with material selection handled by specialists in materials science, while those working in utility engineering deal exclusively with utility-related tasks. The benefits in Hefei are quite good.
I suggest you sign the contract – many people want to get in these days but aren’t able to. As for income, it can be said with certainty that newcomers don’t earn much, as earnings are proportional to your contributions. The higher your contributions, the higher your income will be; newcomers have very low contribution levels in their first year, so the company naturally supports them. According to the theory of surplus value, the surplus value of new professionals in this field is negative. Since they allow you to join, it means they are optimistic about your future, and your future surplus value should be high. Put simply, you will be able to create greater value for the company in the future, and naturally your income will increase accordingly – everything depends on your contributions. This is how evaluations are made whether in state-owned enterprises, foreign companies, or private businesses. However, if your contribution level remains low, you’ll likely be fired in foreign companies and private businesses, haha. Last edited by 1681818 on 2008-1-6 10:01
Huasa Third Hospital is a decent institution; in terms of salary, it’s quite good in Hefei. One can earn over 2,000 yuan per month in the first year, with the amount increasing thereafter, and the average salary over the first three years is around 80,000 yuan. The welfare benefits are also good, including support regarding housing. I’m not sure which university you graduated from; generally speaking, it’s difficult to get hired there. If you manage to get employed, it means you have connections. However, it’s been a long time since Huasa Third Hospital took on any major projects, so it’s unclear what direction it will take in the future.
After becoming a full-time employee, master’s degree holders earn 2000, with accommodation provided.
