What is the role of the diesel stripper reboiler in the wax oil hydrogenation unit?
Provide a heat source. The purpose of separating light and heavy components is to reduce the flash point of diesel fuel
The components entering the diesel stripping tower have low initial boiling points and flash points due to temperature restrictions. After being heated by the reboiler, the temperature in the stripping tower rises and the lighter components return to the fractionating tower again, improving the separation effect and ensuring the distillation range of the product: handshake
Generally, wax oils are used as downstream raw materials after hydrogenation. The main requirements are to remove sulfur, nitrogen, and metals. You should have a hydrogen sulfide stripping tower. Many devices now reach the temperature by exchanging heat with the material coming out of the reactor. There are not many reboilers and there are no hydrogen sulfide stripping towers. Just blow air directly.
Study hard* , Make progress every day! :lol
All currently designed wax oils are available for hydrogenation, except for modified ones.
The most important thing is to control the flash point of diesel fuel
Provide a heat source to further remove the lighter components in diesel, increase the flash point of diesel, and ensure the cutting accuracy between diesel and naphtha.
