How to find and replace specific text within a specified block in CAD
It cannot be searched in normal mode; one needs to use the block editor to open the specific block and then apply the find & replace function. This way, only the text within one block can be searched for and replaced at a time. If there are multiple blocks, this process must be repeated for each of them
What was said on the 2nd floor is correct: click on the block, right-click, select Block Editor, and then edit it
With the block editor, there’s no need for find and replace; you can simply make the modifications directly. However, this allows only individual edits, so it’s not possible to make changes on a batch basis.:L :L
If there is a lot of text inside a block, search & replace is still useful
Just type FIND in the command bar! When working with FILTER, it must be fast and accurate as well.
