How do the metric diameters of inch pipes correspond to those of pipes exceeding 2 meters? Maximum 2.4 meters. Are there any non-standard flanges? I can't find the corresponding specification.

There are large flange standards in ASME B16.47,
Whether equipment flange can be used, it may be JB standard. For details, you can ask the equipment major. Because equipment majors often have large diameter equipment.
I feel that the medium and pressure in the pipeline should be considered. If there is no major harm, just add a long door similar to a manhole that can be opened and closed easily.
