How to clean the filter plate of ceramic filter more effectively
1. The dry filter cake on the surface of the filter material can be peeled off by rapid backflushing with compressed gas. This method is fast and convenient and does not require heavy manual labor.; 2. The regeneration of polymer sintered filter material is very simple. Using compressed gas with a small amount of liquid for rapid backflushing can blow out most of the particles blocked in the capillary pores on the surface of the filter material. This simple regeneration can extend the continuous service life of the filter material for more than one year. If it can be treated with chemical methods every few months of use (the chemical solution must be able to completely dissolve or partially dissolve the clogging particles, or change the surface charge and other physical properties of the clogging particles), the service life will often be more than three to five years. ; :lol This post was last edited by 7276166 on 2008-1-8 20:28 ]
The effect of backflushing after the microporous ceramic filter plate is completely blocked is not very good. Even if it can be backflushed, only a part of it can be flushed out. If the filter plate is not blocked, the effect will be better. Backflush regularly.
Ceramic filter plates are not resistant to compressed gas and liquid backwashing, and can only use chemical methods to dissolve the particles blocking the pores. This consumes a lot of energy and is very troublesome to operate. I heard that some people in China use polymer plastic as filter plates instead of ceramics.
It is okay to use compressed air with liquid in it to backflush, but only using gas to backflush will not work. If the gas pressure is too high, the plate cannot bear it, but if the pressure is not too high, the backflush will not work.
