Excuse me: Does the ammonia urea device have any requirements for the basic valves of the instrument? Are there any requirements on the number of units to be used?
To meet the requirements of medium pressure, operating temperature, and medium corrosion resistance, the urea system also needs to consider insulation and anti-blocking issues. The oxygen pipeline pressure gauge and root valve require degreasing, and there are no special requirements for the number. It is best to do a water pressure test before use to ensure everything is safe.
There are three main parts of instrument pipeline valves: 1. Primary door, the first instrument valve coming down from the process pipeline, 2. Secondary door, the valve after the primary door, the valve that needs to be closed before changing the meter and draining the sewage. 3. Sewage door, used for sewage and pressure relief. The valve at the root of the instrument is a valve that directly integrates the secondary door and the drain door, and then enables on-site calibration. It is usually directly connected to the instrument.
So, is there any advice on using double valves for pressures greater than 900LB?
