Everyone can discuss whether it would be possible to create an entertainment section, so that people can have some fun and relaxation after a day of hard work. Everyone is welcome to share their opinions... :victory: :victory: :victory: This post was last edited by huazai1984 on 2008-1-7 at 13:41
The management team is discussing whether to reopen the leisure area; please be patient. Whether it can be achieved in the end or not, I hope everyone will continue to support Haichuan as always. :handshake
The idea of having floors for living is great. However, as for the content to be included in the entertainment section, it would be better for the moderators to organize a vote to decide on it, with the main focus being on meeting everyone’s interests and preferences. I look forward to the moderators creating a post to initiate voting among everyone
The original poster didn’t clarify what type of entertainment is meant. I see that many of the contents in those personal spaces highlighted on the homepage are entertaining, but there are still few people who come here for fun. I’m worried that if the forum has everything, it will lose its distinct identity: lol
The suggestion is good. Entertainment information should be short, concise, and to the point.
Jokes, funny pictures – things that can help improve intelligence; flash animations and similar elements can be used for this purpose. They can liven up the atmosphere and foster communication.:loveliness: :loveliness:
The suggestion is good; please have the moderator consider it.
It’s best not to deal with these things!
Well, voting on whether to reopen is a good suggestion.
Our forum shouldn’t have too many sections; we should focus on improving what we already have, making it more distinctive and professional. I think there’s plenty of content available online, so there’s no need to include such things in our specialized forum. If you want to relax, there are plenty of online entertainment options, right? Moderator? Just my personal opinion!
For Haichuan to develop, it needs to add more sections. However, at present, Haichuan remains a forum centered around chemical engineering technologies. Therefore, I believe that specialization should be the focus, and too much financial, intellectual, and material resources should not be spent on expanding the scope or adding too many diverse topics, as this could result in the loss of its unique characteristics – which are precisely what give Haichuan its essence. For now, I suggest not creating entertainment-related sections
Agreed; it’s equivalent to creating a watering section.
It’s not very good. I think the more professional it is, the better. I hope Haichuan can become China’s most professional chemical industry forum; it shouldn’t be like other forums that try to cover everything, which results in them failing to excel in anything. The sections we have right now aren’t even that good – so why create so many additional sections?
A casual area can be created, with clear requirements; it needs a responsible moderator, and the casual area should be integrated with professional aspects. To truly enable chemical industry professionals to come here and relax, turning it into a paradise for the industry.
Let’s not open it for now; everything is copied from elsewhere – how much of it is original?
There’s no need to create an entertainment section; you can play games anywhere! HaiChuan should highlight its own unique features; having a comprehensive format would make no sense.
There’s no need to create another casual section; the technical forum should stick to its own characteristics. After all, I doubt anyone comes here just to chat. If everyone wants to visit comprehensive forums, I can recommend forums such as Longzu, Tomato, and Feifan. A sea of threads is not necessary; simply organizing the forum’s discussion areas a bit will be sufficient to meet the requirements for proper discussions.
This suggestion can be considered, but it should not dilute the main theme. This is a technical forum, primarily aimed at facilitating technical exchanges.
It’s better to create one. Because if there’s no section for leisure activities, many posts related to them will end up in other sections, which will make things messy...
It’s better not to turn it off; it needs to have some uniqueness
I hope to start one; otherwise it will be too boring! It seems like no one updates their personal spaces very often
