There are currently no **standards** for liquid sulfur trioxide; some companies formulate their own standards by referring to the enterprise standards set by Dahuahua. In May 2007, the South China Chemical Research Institute sent letters to the relevant factories to conduct investigations and gather opinions; the institute is responsible for formulating this standard, with its release expected in 2008.
