Issues regarding the use of ammonia coolers

The temperature of the medium in my unit at the outlet of the water cooler is 45 degrees, with a flow rate of 1300 cubic meters per hour. To reduce this temperature to around 20 degrees, what size of ammonia cooler would be needed? (My facility has liquid ammonia available.) How should this process be carried out? Please, everyone, help me out!
Please specify the composition of the medium. If there are no special requirements, a cooling area of 20 m2 is sufficient for the ammonia cooler; it is intended for use in ammonia synthesis plants, with a diameter of Φ1400. It is also possible to use Henan evaporative condensers now.
