Which mass flow meter is the best?

Our company wants to convert this area into a finished oil loading zone. We’re wondering which quality flow meters are reliable, as well as which valves and PLCs are the best choices. If anyone has successful experience using these in such applications, please share your insights. Thank you.
For mass flow meters, ROSEMOUNT High Precision is still the best choice. The two-way valves used in our company are all from NELES (they are ball valves), and Siemens PLCs are the best option
For measurement purposes, mass flow meters from MICRO MOTION, as well as those from EMERSON or E+H, can all be used... As for PLCs, it depends on the specific application; domestic PLCs can also meet the requirements... The investment must be cost-effective
I agree with what was said on the 2nd floor; there are many manufacturers of mass flow meters, and brands like E+H and those from Cologne are quite good. There are also many PLCs, such as those from Schneider, etc. Regarding 2-position valves, it depends on your application conditions; ordinary ones will suffice for general use, but if you need something more professional, Nelles is a good choice.
For mass flowmeters, our company chooses ROSEMOUNT and ABB products, but ROSEMOUNT seems to be of better quality in my opinion. Regarding PLCs, our company used those from Zhejiang University Control Systems last year for the circulating water control in the sulfuric acid plant. They are not much different from foreign PLCs; they are much cheaper in terms of investment costs, and training the staff to use them is also simple. I’m not sure about those two valves; our company operates in the sulfuric acid industry, and we’ve never used those two valves, haha
For mass flow meters, Emerson’s Micro Motion is a good option; there are also those from E+H. I haven’t used any from ABB, but they should work fine as well. There are domestic manufacturers as well – one company in Xi’an gave me samples, but I haven’t used them yet, so I don’t know how they perform. The on-off valves made by Neles are indeed good, but Neles has been acquired several times; it’s not clear what’s happening with them now. The joint-venture company Wuxi Gongzhuang produces excellent control valves, while I’m not as familiar with their on-off valves. You might want to ask them about that. Wuxi Gongzhuang also makes good actuators, and our factory uses their actuators in combination with Neles’ valves, which helps reduce costs. Previously, those from Sichuan KTM were also good, but the company was acquired by Tyco. The market is not doing so well these days; the ball valves produced by Chengdu High-Pressure Valve Factory in Sichuan are also excellent. They have supplied many valves for the West-East Gas Pipeline project, and they mainly focus on export business and OEM production. It depends on what medium is being measured； For fuel, ROSEMOUNT is generally better; for gypsum slurry, EH is better
