What you are doing is wrong. Every time the catalytic unit is overhauled, the linings of the two vessel systems need to be repaired. If the heating rate is too fast, it will cause the repaired lining to peel off or similar issues ; At the same time, the internal components of the two devices will become deformed and damaged due to excessive temperature rise. A certain catalytic unit once completed steps such as heating up, loading the catalyst, and injecting fuel within 24 hours, yet the unit only operated for less than a month.
