Which manufacturer offers the best cost-performance ratio for domestically produced or joint-venture switch-controlled disc valves? Are there any contact details for such manufacturers?
The butterfly valves and ball valves from Shanghai Neles are quite good. If you need contact information, you can reach me via text message.
There are many domestic manufacturers; larger ones include Wuxi Workwear, Anshan Thermal Engineering, Chuanyi, and so on. We operate in the titanium dioxide industry, where both sulfuric acid and chlorination methods are used – processes that involve highly corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts. Due to the special properties of titanium dioxide, we have been using control valves and switch valves from Hualin Instruments. They have performed very well over the 6 years since they were installed. For contact information, please call: call: call:
Is Hualin some company in Deyang? I heard that their valves are also quite good, but it seems they aren’t widely used; valves still have certain limitations.
Shanghai Valte is also good; I’m not sure what industry you’re in
Chongqing Chuanyi No. 11 Factory – Our company operates in the sulfuric acid industry, and we use their products exclusively. I’m not sure whether they would be suitable for your industry. :lol
I’m not really sure which one is the best among domestic options; I’m all ears!
I work in the petrochemical industry (ethylene sector), and the common domestic or joint-venture valve manufacturers include Ningxia Wuzhong (which uses German AKA technology), Wuxi Gongzhuang (Japanese KOSO), and Tianjin FISHER.
Our company is an enterprise that integrates metallurgy and chemical processing. For the instrumentation in the metallurgy section, we mainly use products from Wuzhong, while in the chemical processing area we use FISHER products. Based on over two years of use, it seems that the latter perform better.:)
““Butterfly valve” – I want to emphasize that we’re not talking about ordinary valves here!
Among the domestically produced butterfly valves, there are also those from the Sanfang Group. As for the joint-venture butterfly valves, aside from NELES, TYCO also produces high-quality products in China
