Which manufacturer offers the best cost-performance ratio for domestically produced or joint-venture switch-controlled disc valves? Are there any contact details for such manufacturers?

I work in the petrochemical industry (ethylene sector), and the common domestic or joint-venture valve manufacturers include Ningxia Wuzhong (which uses German AKA technology), Wuxi Gongzhuang (Japanese KOSO), and Tianjin FISHER.
Our company is an enterprise that integrates metallurgy and chemical processing.
