I don't feel the same way you do. As long as those who work in crafts know some skills and do some model work, they can easily be appreciated by company leaders and get promoted. There are many craftsmen in our company who are re-employed as soon as they become full-time employees. In two or three years, they will be promoted to middle-level leaders, and in another ten years they will be the company’s CEO.
