I recently looked at the scale of several sulfur recovery units and found that there is no fixed ratio between the scales of acidic water stripping, solvent recovery and sulfur recovery units. Could the hero give me some advice? Thank you very much
This depends on the source of raw materials and consideration for future expansion of the device.
There is no necessary connection between the three. Acid water gas lifts acid gas into sulfur, but sulfur also includes other desulfurized gases. Similarly, solvent regeneration also requires different equipment. If your process has raw material hydrogenation, it is a result. Hydrogenation of wax oil is a result. No hydrogenation is a result. In short, the distribution of sulfide will vary with different processes. Some may also use catalytic flue gas desulfurization. Therefore, the above three devices certainly have no proportional relationship.
