Our plant is equipped with a Tianyi pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generation unit, which is installed outdoors within the oil refining facility and is exposed to harsh environmental conditions. The processing capacity is 350 m3/h, and the adsorbent stops working after less than two years of use. May I ask experts which adsorbent brands in China are currently of better quality?

It’s not necessarily a problem with the molecular sieve; as mentioned above, it could be due to an improper design of the tower structure, an incorrect method of filling it, or perhaps the molecular sieve has been damaged as a result of operating in harsh conditions. In any case, it depends on the specific circumstances.
