1. Which processing technique is more appropriate? 2. Which manufacturer’s equipment is more cost-effective and practical? I have only just started working in the chemical industry; I hope those with more experience can give me some advice. Thank you in advance! ! !
The technology of the Second Chemical Research Institute has led to the commissioning of multiple facilities in China
Huadi No. 2 Hospital has almost secured all the methanol projects using coke oven gas across the country
The current technology in the country is not good; the Second Chemical Research Institute started working on this area early on, but it has never produced methanol before. The Third Chemical Research Institute and the Southwest Institute have now gotten involved, and significant development is expected.
Was I wrong? The Second Chemical Research Institute has carried out many projects for converting coke oven gas into methanol in our country – how can it be said that it’s not possible?
Partial oxidation with pure oxygen and the conversion method are more suitable. For the selection of air separation units, Chuan Kong, Hang Kong, and Kai Kong are available options. For the selection of synthesis towers, Jinzhong, Jinhua Machinery, Sichuan Chemical Machinery, and Xi’an Nuclear Power can be considered. For coke oven gas compressors, Shanghai Dalong, Shengli Gas Turbine, and Sichuan Dachuan are available options. For the syngas compressor, Shengyu compressors can be used; they are driven by turbines and help save energy. The remaining equipment can generally be manufactured by factories capable of producing three types of pressure vessels; a choice can be made based on cost-performance considerations.
The Second Chemical Hospital is pretty good; it doesn’t take on any small tasks
