The raw gas is semi-water gas, which is sent to the full decarbonization section after desulfurization and conversion sections. The gas volume is less than 35,000 standard cubic meters, the inlet system pressure is 0.86MPA, the existing pipeline diameter is 350, and the CO2 content of the decarbonization system is required to be less than 1.0%, and the recovery of CO2 The purity reaches 98%, and the pressure difference of the entire system is not less than 0.05MPA. The back-end sections are activated carbon fine desulfurization section, joint alcohol section, ammonia synthesis section, and membrane hydrogenation section. There is now a semi-decarbonized PSA device with a gas processing capacity of about 15,000. It is hoped that it can be transformed on this basis.
