Dear experts, our system operates on a H2 cycle, with a temperature of around 10–20°C and a pressure of 0.02–1.5 MP. How should we select a flow meter?
How about using an orifice plate, along with a differential pressure transmitter?

OP, the pressure fluctuations in your medium are really significant – from atmospheric pressure to 15 kilograms? If it is used for control, a simple orifice plate flow meter will suffice.
Look at how high the flow rate is and how large the pressure fluctuations are; it’s not easy to choose a orifice plate for measuring pressure loss. What about a venturi tube? A transmitter would also be needed for that.
The thermal mass flow meter is an excellent choice for gases with low flow rates, as it measures mass flow directly without the need for temperature and pressure compensation
