Its rated capacity is 1000L and 2500L, which can be reused according to the application. It is suitable for safe transport packaging of Group II and Group III goods such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid. The new container meets all performance requirements specified by European and United Nations standards and passes the shock test for shipping containers in accordance with the American ASTMD. Customers can choose the slide valve, pigtail valve or ball valve of the internal container. The choice of seal is determined by the content of the container. This product family includes versions with very good discharge performance and versions with a discharge system using a booster tube. There is also a system for recycling, servicing and reusing containers. Schenz also launched a new IBC and a new barrel. The Ecobulk SX 1000's honeycomb structure features an all-steel jacket with a protective shell that meets three key product criteria. It prevents the generation of static electricity and the degradation of contained materials by ultraviolet radiation. It also has greater fire resistance. Schenz now also produces an EX version with a 225mm loading port. The jacket's stamped honeycomb structure is a new feature and makes the IBC significantly more stable. Ecobulk SX can be used in EX 1 and EX 2 zones and is also suitable for substances with flash points below 55°C. This container meets the requirements of the newly revised German transport regulations that came into effect in 2002.
