Everyone wants their hard work to be recognized and respected. The notice sent by the cleaner is precisely the greatest form of recognition and respect for your feedback. As for the amount of wealth associated with the ratings given in the original post, there’s no need to worry about it

Hehe, the poster is absolutely right – if even the legal system isn’t that perfect, how can you expect HaiChuan’s rules to be flawless? / I remember a term from dialectics: everything develops through twists and turns. Perhaps the systems here aren’t yet perfect, but they are improving. Every member and internet user who comes here is making progress; they come here to learn, to improve, and to do their real-world work better. There’s no need for much virtual wealth – after all, it’s still virtual. All we need is enough resources to download the materials we require, so as to carry out our duties in the real world more effectively. Hehe, let’s complain a little together :handshake
Raise any issues promptly. Right, it’s experience ; Wrong, it’s a lesson. This is a process of learning and progress. The original poster’s post is really good! Although it can’t add points for you, let me cheer for you!
Work hard, live happily. This is the company’s slogan. It’s true what was said, but one more thing should be added: keep working hard, keep complaining, and only you know whether life is happy or not. In the end, it all comes down to staying calm. The original poster has insightful views and excellent writing skills; I suggest that the administrators assign them a position, as this will surely turn their complaints into motivation to help promote the development of the forum.
Well, so far there are many members in HaiChuan who are highly capable as ordinary users, and that’s exactly what HaiChuan aims for. Just because someone is a moderator or a member of the technical team doesn’t mean they possess exceptional or outstanding skills; after all, not everyone in the forum can be moderators or technical team members. People come to HaiChuan in order to learn more and communicate more, and it’s truly hoped that they will demonstrate this through their actions, serving HaiChuan well. It should be the common wish of every member of HaiChuan to have a pleasant experience there, and I sincerely hope that this wish will be fulfilled in 2008.
The cleaner’s notification shows that your opinion is taken seriously. As for everyone’s ratings, there’s no need to worry too much about them, as the cleaner’s quick response may cause many students to feel that there’s no need to read your post anymore. Every advantage has its disadvantage:P The cleaner’s rapid reaction is actually one of the reasons why your post doesn’t receive much attention
I can only say that your rank isn’t high enough; posts from the management team and the technical team naturally receive higher scores when they are of similar quality. I’ve said this several times already – it’s a matter of relationships and interests at play. To put it bluntly, what do you gain by giving your brother a rating by hand? This is often a common phenomenon in today’s society, including forums, haha; it’s inevitable. If you want to get rid of this imbalance, either become a moderator or join the technical team; haha, quite straightforward. Sorry about that.
12 points is quite a good amount; it’s satisfying psychologically to come up with suggestions that are adopted (I’ve made such proposals before). If that seems not enough, one can ask the moderators for more – they should understand, right? Actually, the original poster has also added everything back, so complaining has its advantages too
I am very grateful for the suggestions and kind words from those above. Aren’t what I call “gossip” and “complaints” a form of care for the forum? Now take a look; the scoring is much more fair than before. If everyone pays attention to those issues that are clearly unfair, they might be resolved. Many people remain silent and don’t seem to care about them.
Hard work always pays off; there’s no need to worry about short-term gains and losses. The main goal is for everyone to communicate with each other and improve together, rather than focusing on acquiring wealth.
