Are the auxiliary pipelines of a pump considered pressure pipelines? The Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment define pressure pipelines as follows: Pressure pipelines refer to tubular devices that use a certain pressure to transport gases or liquids. They include pipes in which the maximum operating pressure is 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) or higher for gases, liquefied gases, steam, or liquid media that are flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, and have a maximum operating temperature equal to or higher than their standard boiling point; such pipes must also have a nominal diameter of more than 25 mm. The pipes of the compressor unit are generally in compliance; the pipes within the system should be considered pressure pipes. For pumps, their auxiliary pipelines (such as heat pump pipelines and return pipelines) may also meet the above conditions; should they then also be considered pressure pipelines? Regarding this \"liquid medium that is flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, and has a maximum operating temperature equal to or higher than its standard boiling point,\" the response I received was that it is sufficient to meet just one of these five criteria related to flammability, etc.; it’s an \"or\" relationship rather than an \"and\" relationship. Pressure pipelines are a term that has emerged in recent years, and they are present in many parts of enterprises. As for whether something counts as a pressure pipeline, it seems that enterprises still need to determine this based on regulatory requirements; it’s quite difficult for oversight agencies to figure out whether an enterprise has failed to report certain pipelines: lol. As for pressure pipelines, no manufacturing certificate is required; complete material certification from the manufacturer is sufficient.
