Error in PRoII liquid-liquid extraction desulfurization calculation

Thread Content

Hello everyone. The issue concerns the calculation of LPG desulfurization using the NRTL thermodynamic model LLE; an error occurs during execution, with the following message: 1 error(s), 0 warning(s), and 0 message(s) detected: *** error *** Unit 1, 't1' - the tload option is invalid when used with the llex or the electrolyte column model. Could someone help identify the cause? Thank you in advance! ! ! This post was last edited by suiran983527 on 2009-2-11 15:34.]

Haha, I finally found the mistake. At first I didn’t select LLE as the algorithm for the liquid phase, so the tower used the default VLE algorithm; I *inconsciously* selected Tray Loading Summary in the tower’s print options. After switching to LLE, the Tray Loading Summary was not removed; however, due to the thermodynamics of LLE, certain intangible properties such as viscosity and surface tension cannot be generated in the result report, and therefore the Tray Loading Summary cannot be produced. System error! I hope this will help those who are facing the same issue!
