Which standard clearly stipulates the selection of the welding joint coefficient of the head? For a pressure vessel with a 20mm steel pipe, is the welded joint coefficient 1 or 0.85?
The cylinder is a steel pipe, and the weld is only the circumferential weld between the cylinder and the head. If the welding joint coefficient is 1, does the radiographic flaw detection ratio also need to be changed to 100% flaw detection accordingly?

The welded joint coefficient usually refers to the longitudinal joint. Steel pipes have no longitudinal joints, so the coefficient is 1.0.
I originally thought so, but from the 2007 provincial pressure vessel design review qualification examination question, one said that the steel pipe cylinder weld coefficient refers to the girth weld.
