People wonder whether, in terms of structure, vertical boilers or horizontal boilers are better nowadays,,,,,, especially when it comes to heat transfer oil boilers???? What other advantages do vertical boilers have, apart from saving space???? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each type when compared to horizontal boilers?????????????
In fact, as for the difference between vertical and horizontal types, or why such designs are needed, I believe the reasons are as follows: 1. When selecting a design, several factors are generally taken into consideration: 1. Saving materials; 2. Small footprint ; 3. There are many options available for vertical structural designs, such as tubeless type, cross-flow type, flue-type, central backfire type, and direct-current type; they feature small capacity, fast startup, and simple construction. 2. When the capacity is large, vertical types are limited by their structural design, the capacity of the medium (heat capacity), and the inherent properties of the medium; therefore, horizontal types are more commonly used.
Using vertical boilers, especially those with overhead burners and gas as the fuel source, how can we ensure that the temperature at the top of the boiler does not exceed 60 degrees????????????????? I’m currently using several horizontal boilers, and the temperature in the front part of these boilers can reach around 90 degrees. So, what temperature can be reached at the top of a vertical boiler with an overhead burner????????? I think it will be no less than around 200 degrees. Which control systems can be used to manage such a temperature????? How can we ensure the safety of the equipment????????????? Please give some examples; we can go and take a look in person. You just need to tell me the location, and I’ll cover the costs.........(For vertical boilers, the temperature at the top should be below 200 degrees.) In my opinion, vertical gas boilers can only be used for boilers with a capacity of 200 watts or less, or in other words, boilers with a capacity of less than 4 tons. For boilers with a capacity of more than 4 tons, I don’t think there are many such boilers available nationwide........I haven’t found any myself. Is there anyone who can provide information on this? We can go and check it out; I’ll cover the costs, but not for those abroad......There are some in Germany, but it’s too expensive to go there, haha:lol :lol
Does \"upper temperature\" refer to the temperature of the upper outer surface? If so, I don’t agree with what was said above. In fact, the top-mounted burner is not the cause of high temperatures at the top. Personally, I think there are mainly two reasons for this: one is exhaust gas. If the burner isn’t mounted at the top but on the side at the bottom, then, according to standard design, exhaust gas escapes from the top. Additionally, in the case of steam boilers, the upper part is usually occupied by the steam space, resulting in poor cooling effects, so the temperature there is slightly higher. However, it won’t exceed the temperature of the exhaust gas. By making structural changes in the upper part and using better insulation measures, it’s definitely possible to keep the temperature below 60 degrees. In fact, insulated measures are also used for the front and rear smoke doors in horizontal boilers. If those above think this can be achieved, then why can’t it be done in vertical boilers? Vertical boilers generally have a capacity of less than 2T; those with a capacity greater than 2T have excessively high temperatures, and they’re also difficult to maintain.
