If the concrete pump is used improperly during operation, it can easily cause premature damage to certain parts of the pump, which not only increases equipment maintenance costs, but also seriously affects production. How to improve the service life of concrete pump wearing parts is worth discussing. 1. Cutting ring and glasses plate The cutting ring and glasses plate are a pair of closely matched parts with relative movement. The contact surfaces of the two are welded with a layer of wear-resistant material. The gap between the two can be adjusted to (0.1~0.2) mm through the special-shaped nut at the end of the S-shaped tube spline shaft. The rubber spring assembled between the S-shaped tube and the cutting ring allows the cutting ring and the spectacle plate to move flexibly relative to each other. As the use time increases, the rubber spring loses its elasticity, and the joint surface of the cutting ring and the spectacle plate will wear, resulting in an increase in the gap between the two. When the gap is >0.7mm, it needs to be adjusted immediately, otherwise the pumped mortar will enter through the "gap". Once mortar enters the friction surface, the wear rate of the cutting ring and spectacle plate will be * * accelerate. When pumping concrete, the cutting ring swings with the swing of the S-shaped pipe and plays the role of cutting concrete. Therefore, the cutting ring wears faster. The higher the pressure of the concrete at the outlet, the more serious the wear of the cutting ring. Normally, the wear of the cutting ring first occurs on the edge, and in two symmetrical parts at an angle of 90° on the upper part. Therefore, when the above parts of the cutting ring are worn, the cutting ring can be rotated by an angle in time and continued to be used, which is equivalent to doubling the service life of the cutting ring. The wear of the glasses plate first occurs at the middle bridge of the nose. The larger the gap between the glasses plate and the cutting ring, the faster the wear rate. Therefore, you must always pay attention to the gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring. Once the gap is found to increase, you need to tighten the special-shaped nut or replace the worn parts immediately to prevent mortar from entering the friction surface. When the rubber spring loses its elasticity, it needs to be replaced immediately. For cutting rings and spectacle plates that can be repaired, D507 welding rods can be used for repair welding and continued use. 2. Piston and delivery cylinder The piston is generally made of polyurethane material, which is elastic and wear-resistant. The inner wall of the delivery cylinder is also plated with wear-resistant material. There are generally two ways of lubrication between the piston and the delivery cylinder: One is automatic refueling and lubrication. Every time the pump is pumped, the refueling system automatically adds lubricating oil. ; The other is a manual refueling system, which requires manual refueling on a regular basis. For automatic refueling systems, it is necessary to regularly check whether the oil line is smooth. Otherwise, once the oil line is blocked, the piston and delivery cylinder will wear out rapidly. ; For manual refueling systems, operators should replenish lubricating oil regularly according to different working environments, usually once/h. Remember: When refueling, be sure to move the piston to the lower part of the vertical refueling point so that the lubricating oil just enters the oil groove in the middle of the piston. During the pumping process, the operator must often perform a "cylinder holding" operation, that is, when the piston of the main cylinder reaches the end point, operate the inching button and hold it for 5 to 8 seconds to replenish the hydraulic oil in the closed oil chamber of the main cylinder (for pumps that rely on proximity switches for direction reversal, the proximity switch must be placed as close to the side of the main cylinder as possible) to make full use of the stroke of the delivery cylinder and avoid local wear of the delivery cylinder. The operator should also pay close attention to the water tank. Once the water is found to be turbid or there is sand in the water, it indicates that the piston may be worn and the piston needs to be replaced in time, otherwise the wear of the piston and the delivery cylinder will be aggravated. If the water quickly becomes turbid again after replacing the new piston, it indicates that the delivery cylinder is worn and needs to be replaced. If possible, you can determine whether the conveying cylinder is worn by measuring the cylinder diameter. Normally, the thickness of the chromium plating layer on the inner wall of the cylinder is only (0.2~0.25) mm. When the cylinder diameter increases (0.45~0.55) mm, the conveying cylinder needs to be replaced. In addition, the temperature of the cooling water in the water tank is also very important. If the water temperature is too high, it will also increase the wear of the piston. The cooling water in the water tank needs to be replaced frequently. 3. When connecting the pipe to the pump, it must be connected from the outlet of the pump, that is, from front to back. Do not connect the two ends first and then the middle. Incorrect connection methods will cause "internal forces" between the pipes, which can easily cause the pipes to break from the joints during pumping. After the pipes are connected, the pump outlet, bends, and suspended parts of the pipes must be firmly fixed to prevent pipe movement and damage to the pipes. Since the closer to the pump, the higher the pressure of concrete in the pipe, so new pipes with thicker walls should be used at the outlet of the pump, and old pipes with thinner walls should be used farther away from the pump. This can increase the service life of the pipes and reduce the possibility of pipe explosion. For the elbow, the most serious wear is on the side away from the pump. It is advisable to turn the elbow around frequently to extend its service life. 4. For the discharge port, tapered pipe, distribution valve and other wearing parts, once the wear-resistant layer is found to be worn away, use D507 electrode in time to surfacing it, and it can still be used for a period of time. Due to the different working conditions of each construction site, such as the grade of concrete, pumping distance, height, etc., the service life of wearing parts such as cutting rings and spectacle plates varies greatly at different construction sites. However, as long as they are used and handled correctly, the service life of the pump's wearing parts can be * * extend.
