Questions about glass-lined bottom valves

There is a problem with the glass-lined bottom valves used in our company: since everyone is worried about leaks, these valves are closed very tightly, which makes it easier for the orifice plates and valve cores to get damaged. Do you have any better solutions? Or perhaps better valve cores?
It is recommended that you use a ball valve with flanges for discharging material from a PTFE-lined reactor (with tees). We rarely encounter the issue you mentioned in our production; such valves are produced in large quantities in areas like Yongkang and Ouhai in Zhejiang Province.
I have used this type of valve in state-owned enterprises; whether it’s an upward or downward opening glass-lined bottom valve, they tend to fail to close properly after being in use for some time. It is recommended that you install a ball valve on the pipeline right behind the bottom valve, choosing the material based on the properties of the fluid you are handling.
