Dear experts, I would like to ask about spare parts for large imported turbine-compressor units, such as the rotation controller for the main oil pump, torque rods, hollow gear shafts, etc; Turbine rotor, bearing shells (supporting, thrust) ; Compressor rotor, bearing shells (supporting, thrust) ; The control valve of the anti-kick vibration adjustment system. The rotational speed is above 11,000–12,000 rpm. Can companies like Shaanxi Gas Turbine and Hangzhou Automobile do it? Has anyone used anything they made?
Why isn’t anyone responding? Do imported bearing shells from abroad cost hundreds of thousands? And the domestic processing cost is only a little over 30,000, but you still feel uneasy? Looking forward to everyone's replies!
Foreign aircraft engines are usually custom-made for a specific company, so the various spare parts are not generally interchangeable. Domestic companies can certainly produce such parts, but it depends on whether those large companies are willing to do so for you, as well as whether they are afraid of being sued by foreign companies: lol. If only small domestic companies are willing to do it, in my opinion it’s better to be cautious. Furthermore, for precision components such as bearing shells, localization should be postponed; those that are relatively easier to measure, design, and manufacture domestically should be handled first.
These components can all be manufactured domestically. At present, Shengyu has, with the support of the National Development and Reform Commission, completed the production of two types out of the three units required for ethylene production on a scale of 800,000 tons. As for the components for centrifugal compressors, they can basically be produced there, and the quality can be fully guaranteed if produced by them.
