How to change layers in bulk. Linear, etc.?

There is currently a task to organize some of the existing CAD drawings (created using Cad+Kaisi). There are many errors and irregularities in the original image. I now want to make changes in bulk (mainly changing frame borders, layer properties, and line style properties). Does anyone have any good suggestions? (At the moment, I’m using the cumbersome method of opening the original image and making modifications one by one.) For example, could this be done through batch processing or by using programming? Urgently need expert advice!
If the layers and line styles in the existing CAD drawings are already chaotic, you can only make modifications step by step. Current CAD software isn’t smart enough for that; even version 2008 isn’t capable of handling this
There are many diagrams that need to be modified. Are they mostly similar (layer properties, line style properties, etc.)? If so, you can modify one of them first, then extract the common elements to create a standard file, and use this standard file to check and modify the other diagrams

You can try using the “Object Selection Filter” dialog box and the FILTER command to filter and select objects that meet certain criteria, based on attributes such as the type of object (e.g., lines, circles, arcs, etc.), layer, color, line style, or line width. It is also necessary to consider whether these properties of the objects in the graphic are set to follow the layer. This dialog box has a replacement function.
