For 99.999% nitrogen at a flow rate of 15,000 Nm3/h, under a pressure of 0.02 MPa(G), to be increased to 0.05 MPa(G) without any contamination during this pressurization process, what type of fan is required? Is it produced there?
5 kilograms? Isn’t this a fan? You need a compressor for this. Go to the previous centrifugal compressor. There are plenty of them online.
Correction to the person above: the pressure is 0.5 kilograms. Ordinary high-pressure fans are unable to handle such high pressures; only Roots pumps can be used. To avoid contamination, positive pressure transfer is necessary, and negative pressure suction is not an option. You can look up some good Roots blower manufacturers online; imported ones are an option as well. Don’t use Japanese products; I advocate boycotting them.
