It can significantly increase the diesel-gasoline ratio at a larger residual oil blending ratio. The MLC-500 series catalyst currently includes two varieties: MLC-500 and MLC-500ZA. Currently, the main users include Jinan, Gaoqiao, Guangzhou, Qilu, Qingyang and some local refineries. In the past two years, with the continuous changes in market demand for diesel, liquefied gas, gasoline, etc., MLC-500 no longer highlights the selectivity of diesel, but adjusts the formula according to users' requirements for product distribution. The MLC-500ZA catalyst is a high-stack ratio catalyst developed specifically for the characteristics of the 3 million-ton catalytic unit of the Zhenhai Refinery. In addition to the characteristics of conventional MLC-500, its performance also focuses on the selectivity of liquefied gas and high-octane gasoline.
2 DVR series heavy oil catalytic cracking catalyst In order to further improve the residual oil blending ratio in the catalytic cracking process and maximize the economic benefits of the refinery, Sinopec Beijing Design Institute, Petrochemical Science Research Institute and Yanshan Petrochemical Company jointly developed the Daqing-wide catalyst A catalytic cracking process device (VRFCC process technology for short) that uses vacuum residue as raw material. The DVR series catalyst is a special agent matched with this process. It has the characteristics of strong ability to crack heavy oil macromolecules, high cracking activity, good coke selectivity, and good resistance to heavy metal pollution. Because DVR catalysts have particularly excellent heavy oil cracking capabilities, they are also used in non-VRFCC process units that require blending of various types of residual oil in large proportions. The DVR series catalysts were successfully developed in 1998 and currently include two varieties: DVR-2 and DVR-3. The main users of DVR-2 include Zhanjiang and Shengli Silk Oil Factory ; DVR-3 catalyst is used in Yanshan and has better resistance to heavy metal pollution than DVR-2.
