The company is currently working on a batch of tower equipment. Since I haven’t dealt with this type of work before, I would appreciate it if any friends could offer some advice on this topic – regarding the manufacturing process for these towers or any other matters that need attention. Friend, “forming a team” should mean pairing up components, right? At first glance, I thought your company was doing very well and that there was a long queue of people waiting to place orders. Let’s talk about pairing first: in principle, the circumference of the upper and lower cylinder sections must be identical; this is an effective way to prevent any deviations. Once the circumferences are the same, the effects of welding contraction on pairing will not be significant. As for marking lines, experience shows that different methods are used depending on the thickness of the plates. It’s important to take into account welding contraction, as well as the type of welding and the groove design. Note that it’s necessary to determine whether the edges should be flush on the inside or on the outside – this is something that must be considered when dealing with composite plate towers of different thicknesses

Due to the relatively high height of the tower, the most important aspect is the control of its straightness; another factor is the large number of internal components in the tower.
