How can newcomers get started in chemical engineering design?

I’ve just started working at a chemical engineering design firm; I’m a newcomer and don’t know where to begin with chemical engineering design. Could those who are more experienced give me some advice? Thank you!
Search on the forum; there are many posts from newcomers like you who have just joined design institutes and are seeking help to get started. You can find those posts and take a look at the suggestions given by others. You can also look for design insights and experience posts written by seniors with many years of design experience.
