Li Xinhua, vice president of China National Petroleum Corporation, said that at least 20 billion yuan will be invested in the development of the Daqing petrochemical projects in the next one to two years, and favorable opportunities will be seized to strengthen the petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry. CNPC Group is working with Heilongjiang Province to establish a Daqing petrochemical equipment manufacturing base. Li Zhanshu, the executive vice governor of Heilongjiang Province, said that the province will continue to support the Daqing Oil Field and push for its transformation into a resource-based city.
