I am designing a pipeline to be run along a wall; the angle between the two walls is 140 degrees (not 135 degrees), and the required distance between the pipeline and the walls is only 1 meter. Both walls are quite long. May I ask how I should design it at the corner of the walls?

Using a 90-degree elbow will allow you to achieve a 140-degree angle; using a 45-degree elbow may make it difficult to achieve that angle. It’s sufficient to mark the turns on the drawings; the construction team knows how to proceed

Why must a standard elbow be used? It can be directly cut using a 45-degree elbow; it’s best to design one’s own elbow with a bending radius of at least 3 times the pipe diameter, as this gives a better appearance. I don’t quite agree with the suggestion from the second floor, as it is not aesthetically pleasing; if liquid needs to be drained from a lower position, the location of the valves will need to be reconsidered. . .

For small companies that install it themselves, you just need to draw a schematic diagram; If it is a legitimate design firm, the drawings must be prepared properly. There are actually two methods: 1. The heights of the two pipes running along the wall should be different, with the height difference corresponding to the size of two 90-degree elbows ; 2.
