I would like to ask my colleagues: what do the fuel filling stations for cars designed by your companies look like, and how are the fuel pumps controlled? What type of flow meter is being used? How is it working? The Roots flow meter we have chosen now has damaged rotors; the manufacturer claims that the pressure before the flow meter is too high and the flow rate is too fast. Is this reasoning valid? The pressure should be around 1.0 MPa, with the flow meter being designed for a pressure of 1.6 MPa. Thank you!
The oil pumps in our company are controlled by a regulator; Shanghai Yino twin-rotor flow meters are used for this purpose. It is advisable to keep the pressure at the pump outlet at around 3 kilograms. We are also facing high pressure at the pump outlet, and we are currently installing frequency converters to address this issue

Is there no orifice plate installed in front of your flow meter? Although the theoretical values, process parameters, and instrument selections all meet the design requirements, in the case of tables used at loading and unloading platforms, many manufacturers apply excessive pressure; therefore, it is necessary to reduce the pressure before using such tables
