How should the “Top 10” in the production workshops be selected?

No matter how much reform takes place, as chemical processing facilities, on-the-ground work in the workshops constitutes the true foundation for safe production. At the end of each year, it is necessary to take some actions and recognize those who perform well. For example, we often select the top ten figures. But under the current circumstances, how should the top ten be selected? Please discuss.
Regarding the advanced standards for front-line workers, I have the following views: 1. Methods used to handle production emergencies and the effectiveness of those methods; 2. Ability to control production on a regular basis; 3. Rank in terms of overall productivity during shifts over the course of a year; 4. Level of overall resource consumption during shifts over the course of a year; 5. Individual professional competence; 6. Coordination skills within one’s own work process; 7. Degree of familiarity with one’s own work process; 8. Ability to take initial command of production in that process; 9. Degree of cooperation with other members in the same process; 10. Performance in completing tasks assigned by superiors (shop technicians or managers). These are just a few points that come to mind for now; they are provided for reference only!
Surely, they will choose talents who possess both ability and integrity; priority should be given to positions at the grassroots level
