Issue with precise desulfurization and oxygen supplementation (urgent)

For gas purification and desulfurization, oxygen needs to be added in some cases. I would like to know how you do this – do you use an air compressor to supply air, or pure oxygen directly? For our desulfurization process, we need about 30 cubic meters of oxygen per hour at a pressure of 36 kilograms per square meter; our company has high-pressure oxygen available. If we choose to supply pure oxygen, should we opt for domestic control valves or foreign ones? Are domestic oxygen valves reliable these days... Please help... Thank you
For safety reasons, it is best to avoid direct oxygen supplementation; whether they are domestic or imported valves, they are not considered good options in my opinion.
