In my company, the reverse osmosis pressure difference increases rapidly over a short period of time, mainly in Section 1; moreover, each time the system is shut down and restarted, the pressure difference rises by 0.02–0.04 mMPa. I would appreciate advice from those with more experience.

It increased in a short period of time; it’s likely that the preprocessing was not done properly. For example: calcium, magnesium, strontium, silicon, etc. Without analyzing the quality of the incoming water, it’s difficult to make a judgment. Sharpening the axe doesn’t delay chopping wood!
Check whether there is any direct current in the pre-filter; also take it apart to check if there are any impurities in the first membrane element
Both aspects need to be taken into consideration; inadequate preprocessing can lead to membrane contamination, while a lack of protection for the membranes during shutdown periods allows bacteria to grow, which in turn can cause an increase in pressure difference
