Working principle: Since the hydrogen and oxygen atoms in a water molecule H2O are not in symmetric positions, the water molecule is polar (commonly referred to as a dipole). The salt ions dissolved in water are surrounded by these water dipoles and cannot move freely. The water dipoles surround the positive and negative ions in the water, arranging them in an orderly linear sequence so that they cannot move freely. Scale removal: Due to the effect of static electricity, it is possible to break the electronic bonds between scale molecules in scaled systems, altering their crystal structure and causing the hard scale to become looser. This also increases the dipole distance of water dipoles, enhancing their ability to hydrate salt ions; as a result, the dissolution rate of scale increases, allowing the existing scale to gradually erode and fall off, thereby achieving scale removal.
