This morning and at noon at the company, I was able to access the Haichuan Forum, but after afternoon, it kept showing a network error. Everyone, could you help analyze why this is happening?

Internet issue: Our office uses telecom broadband, and we just can’t access the internet at noon! We have China Net broadband at home, so surfing the Internet is completely normal once I get home from work!

Yesterday afternoon, there was a problem with the data connection between the server and China Telecom, which prevented all users of China Telecom from accessing the service properly. It’s normal now.
