According to relevant staff of the Autonomous Region Economic Commission, before December last year, the chemical industry in our region had completed a total of 30.91 billion yuan in fixed asset investment, a year-on-year increase of 43.07%, accounting for 14.53% of the completed industrial investment in the autonomous region, an increase of 1.92 percentage points over the previous year, and becoming a new highlight of industrial investment in our region. At present, our district has started construction of 2 coal-to-liquid projects, with a total construction scale of 5.16 million tons. ； There are 10 coal-to-methanol and downstream products completed or under construction, with a total project construction scale of 9.2 million tons (calculated in terms of methanol equivalent) ； Two coal-to-synthetic ammonia projects were completed, with a total construction scale of 780,000 tons of synthetic ammonia. ； There is one natural gas ammonia project under construction, with a production capacity of 600,000 tons. ； There are 4 PVC projects under construction, with a production scale of 800,000 tons. The commencement of these emerging chemical industry projects will bring fresh vitality to our district's industrial economy and will also promote the rapid development of our district's industrial economy.
