A portion of the liquefied gas that our company handles is used as fuel for vehicles. As our company is located in the interior areas of the country, there may be issues related to refining equipment and technology; few local refineries are able to produce liquefied gas that meets the standards required for use in vehicles, and such gas is also expensive. Moreover, its quality is unstable, especially with regard to impurities. Over time, these impurities can accumulate inside the pressure regulators, blocking the gas supply and causing problems such as insufficient gas supply and difficulty starting the engine in cold weather. Since we don’t have our own refineries, we have to purchase the gas from nearby refineries, but the quality of the gas we obtain there is also unstable. Therefore, we are looking for ways to improve the quality of the gas we receive, mainly out of responsibility towards our customers – after all, drivers will complain if they have to use substandard gas for a long time. Our management attaches great importance to this issue. Does anyone have any good solutions? Liquefied gas cannot contain heavy oil when it leaves the factory; if such oil is present, it is due to contamination from the transport tankers during shipping!

Liquefied gas should generally not contain heavy oil residues. If the liquefied gas produced has noticeable oil residues, it is likely due to problems in the operation of the equipment – too much liquid is being carried along with the liquefied gas, resulting in an excessive load on the equipment. Additionally, the storage tanks may not be cleaned regularly
